What is NCYC? A conference with 10,000+ teenagers, religious, priests and chaperones. It’s an opportunity for teens to learn and grow in their faith, have quality prayer time, refuel their faith, and experience the larger church. The conference includes morning and evening large group sessions each day and various breakout sessions throughout the day (teens pick ahead of time the topic they want to hear). Also included is Adoration, confession, and service opportunities, Mass with the Bishop for our Diocese, Catholic musicians providing live music, and more!

Where is it? We will be staying at a hotel that is a 12 minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indy. The stadium hosts all the large group sessions and closing Mass. The Indiana Convention Center is a two block walk from the Stadium and will host all the breakout sessions, service opportunities, and interactive exhibit hall. 

When is it? Thursday, November 23-25, 2025. We depart around noon on Thursday, taking a bus provided for free by the Diocese, and arrive back home Sunday afternoon. Letters will be available for schools as this counts as an excused absence.

*In short, without fundraising, the trip is a minimum of $500 (ticket, 3 hotel nights, and Diocesan fee) but can be upwards of $700-$800 depending on how many teens of the same gender are able to share a room. 

Fundraising: Fundraising will take place, but events have not yet been determined.
